Dr. Murphy, Dr. Hoffer, and Dr. Vai from Twin Cites Veterinary Surgery are mobile surgeons who provide advanced surgical care to your pet in the convenience of Broadway Veterinary Hospital. They perform advanced surgical procedures, including Orthopedic, Cardiovascular, Thoracic, Abdominal, Urogenital, and others that are not routinely performed by general practitioners.
Dr. Scott Murphy is a University of MN College of Veterinary Medicine graduate. Dr. Murphy completed an internship at Michigan State University and performed his residency at the University of Florida. Dr. Murphy achieved board certification from the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 1998. Dr. Murphy worked as part of a specialty surgical practice in Minnesota from 1998 until forming Twin Cities Veterinary Surgery in 2007.
Dr. Hoffer is a 2005 University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine graduate. She subsequently completed a Small Animal Internship at the University of Illinois in 2006 and a Small Animal Surgical Residency and a Master of Science degree at the University of Illinois in July 2009. Dr. Hoffer is a specialist in small animal surgery, having achieved board certification from the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2010. Dr. Hoffer has been employed with Twin Cities Veterinary Surgery since August 2009.
